We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for coaching services, workshops, or other resources purchased through PhoenixStrategix.io or Paperbell are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or general dissatisfaction with the services. However, under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy if our services do not meet consumer guarantees, such as being of acceptable quality, matching their description, or being fit for their stated purpose. Further, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We will consider refunds in exceptional circumstances beyond your control — such as serious illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen emergencies. All requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required. 6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

PhoenixStrategix provides coaching services to empower clients with tools and strategies to advance their careers, particularly in technology and related fields. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as securing employment, landing a "dream job," or achieving any particular career milestone. Our services are not a recruiting or placement service. Your success depends on your individual effort, application of the provided tools, and external factors beyond our control. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our coaching services, except as required by the ACL.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, is the property of PhoenixStrategix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
