Luke is a knowledgeable IT professional with 20 years experience in designing, implementing and supporting IT Security systems and infrastructure. He has a passion for building a strong team environment, and working within that team to draw on everyone’s strengths. He is a highly motivated and relationship-driven, and enjoys mentoring young professionals through PhoenixStrategix to be our future leaders of tomorrow.

Suraj is a passionate advocate for the intersection of people and technology, with over 15 years of sales and leadership experience across telecommunications, finance, and IT. Suraj is particularly energised by emerging technologies such as IoT and AI, and is driven by the belief that technology, when aligned with human needs, can solve complex commercial and social challenges. With a people-first mindset, Suraj brings strategic insight and energy to the PhoenixStrategix Advisory Board.

Keith is a distinguished cybersecurity leader whose career began in traditional IT, showcasing a clear pathway into the tech industry. With extensive experience in senior roles across commercial and government sectors—including utilities, critical infrastructure, finance, and healthcare—Keith has excelled as a Deputy CISO and in other senior leadership roles. His blend of technical expertise and dedication to people development makes him an invaluable mentor at PhoenixStrategix, guiding the next generation of tech leaders.
